ROXD is operated by ROXD Ltd. (pending incorporation). References to "we," "us," and "our" in these Terms refer to ROXD Ltd.
2. Scope of the Terms
These Terms apply to the following:ROXD Sport apparel sales.ROXD Training subscriptions and digital training plans.Our services and products are available globally, except where local laws or restrictions apply. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with any regional import taxes, duties, or restrictions.
3. Ordering and Payment
Accepted Payment Methods - We accept the following payment methods: Apple PayCredit or debit cards via Shopify Payments.
Order Rules - Certain future products may be restricted to ROXD community members only.
ROXD Training Programs: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
ROXD Training Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Failed or Fraudulent Payments
We reserve the right to cancel orders for failed or incomplete payments.Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be canceled without prior notice.
Cancellations
ROXD Sport Orders: Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipping. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will only be processed after receiving unused products in their original condition.
ROXD Training Programs: Cancellations for subscriptions prevent future renewals. Training products are non-refundable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
ROXD Sport Apparel
Shipping Area: UK only.
Shipping Timeline: Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours using Royal Mail next-day delivery. All orders include tracking.
Delivery Issues: If your order is damaged upon arrival, contact us with images of the damage to resolve the issue.
Digital Products
Delivery Timeline: Access to digital products is typically available within 2 hours of purchase. If access is not received, contact team@roxdsport.com.
Delivery Failures: We are not responsible for delays caused by email spam filters or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
External Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors (e.g., postal service strikes, holidays, or customs clearance).
5. Returns and Refunds
ROXD Sport Returns
- Return Period: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Return Condition: Products must be unused and in the same condition as when sold.
- Return Shipping: Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition.
ROXD Training
Training subscriptions and digital products are non-refundable.
6. Subscriptions and Digital Products
Training Plans - Some training plans are one-time purchases, while others are monthly rolling subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Users must cancel subscriptions via the ROXD Training app before the renewal date. Sharing of accounts or training materials is prohibited.
7. User ResponsibilitiesUsers must:Provide accurate and truthful information when using our services.Maintain account confidentiality and promptly report unauthorised access.Refrain from abusing tools, services, or content provided.Be at least 16 years of age to purchase training plans.Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service termination or account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All ROXD logos, branding, and designs are the intellectual property of ROXD Ltd. Training plans and other digital content may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.ROXD Sport apparel may be resold at the user's discretion.Violations of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
Training Advice: ROXD is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use of training plans or advice provided.
Shipping and Availability: ROXD is not liable for delays, lost items, or unavailability of products. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded upon review.
Website Errors: We reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing mistakes, at any time without prior notice.
Service Interruptions: We are not liable for temporary unavailability of digital products due to server downtime or technical issues.
10. Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will first attempt to be resolved through mediation.If unresolved, disputes may be referred to small claims court or arbitration, depending on the nature of the claim.
Online resolution methods, such as video calls or email communication, may be used for international disputes.
